Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a dual agonist at the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. The GLP-1 arm is the familiar one — satiety and insulin response; the GIP arm is what distinguishes it from a single-agonist product.

Ships lyophilised — 1 × lyophilised vial. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding it down the side of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, and swirl. Never shake: agitation shears the peptide and you cannot see it happen.

Refrigerate at 2–8°C once mixed, and store unopened vials sealed at -20°C. Stability once reconstituted is measured in weeks, not months — label the vial with the date you opened it.
