BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein found in gastric juice; TB-500 is the active fragment of thymosin beta-4. Paired, they cover two different repair pathways — angiogenesis and cell migration — which is why they are dosed together rather than alone.

This listing is two separate 25mg vials, not a pre-mixed blend. You reconstitute each one and dose them on the schedule in the included chart.

Standard eight-week protocol: BPC-157 250–500mcg daily, TB-500 2–2.5mg twice weekly, both subcutaneous. The chart in the box converts those figures into pen units for the bacteriostatic water volume we ship.

Most people run eight weeks on, four off. We do not recommend exceeding the stated range — these peptides act through receptor signalling, so more does not scale linearly.

Ships lyophilised. Reconstitute with 2ml bacteriostatic water per vial, swirl rather than shake, and refrigerate at 2–8°C once mixed. Stable 28 days reconstituted, 24 months unopened at -20°C.

Each batch is assayed by an independent lab for identity (mass spec), purity (HPLC) and endotoxin load.
