We collect what an order needs and nothing for resale. We never sell or rent your data, we do not run advertising pixels, and we delete order records on request unless tax law forces us to keep them. Packaging carries no product name.
1. What we collect
Only what an order or an account needs. We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you give us with third-party profiles.
2. What we deliberately do not collect
There are no advertising pixels on this site. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no ad-network remarketing tags. Analytics are aggregate and cookieless.
We never ask for health records, prescriptions or diagnoses. If you volunteer clinical context in a support email we use it to answer you and then it stays in that thread — it does not enter your customer record.
3. Payments
We take bank transfer and crypto. We never see or store card numbers because we do not accept cards.
For transfers we hold the reference, amount and the confirmation screenshot you upload. For crypto we hold the transaction hash. Both are retained as accounting records.
4. Shipping and discretion
Couriers receive your name, address, phone number and the delivery instructions you chose — nothing about the contents. Packaging carries no product name, no logo relating to the compound and no clinical wording.
Cold-chain temperature logs are tied to the shipment, not to you, and are deleted once the order closes.
5. Cookies
Two cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your cart. Both are first-party and expire. Affiliate attribution uses a first-party cookie that lasts 60 days and records only which partner sent you.
6. How long we keep things
Order and payment records are kept for the period tax law requires, currently ten years in our jurisdiction. Everything else — marketing preferences, saved addresses, support threads — is deleted on request or after three years of inactivity, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, correct it, restrict how we use it, or have it erased where no legal duty requires retention. We do not charge for this and we do not make you prove a reason.
8. Changes to this policy
When something material changes we email account holders before it takes effect and keep the previous version available. Version numbers and effective dates are printed at the top of this page — no silent edits.
