To process and deliver orders, manage your account, answer questions, run our affiliate program, prevent fraud and keep the site secure. We send marketing emails only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
4. Payments
Card details are handled securely by our payment processor and never stored by us. For email money transfers, we keep the reference, amount and any confirmation you send. For Bitcoin, we keep the transaction hash.
5. Shipping and discretion
Couriers receive only your name, address, phone number and delivery instructions, never details of the contents. Packaging carries no product name or descriptive wording. Cold-chain temperature logs are linked to the shipment, not to you, and are deleted once the order closes.
6. Sharing
We share information only with providers who help us operate (payment processing, hosting, delivery, email and our virtual assistant), and when required by law. Some providers may process information outside Canada.
7. Cookies
We use three first-party cookies, all with an expiry date: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your cart, and one records which affiliate partner referred you (60 days). There is no cross-site tracking and no third-party advertising cookies.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, although no online system is completely secure.
9. Your rights
You can request a copy of your information, correct it, limit how it’s used, or have it deleted, except for records we’re legally required to keep. There’s no charge and no reason needed. We reply within five business days.
10. Age
Our site is intended for adults 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
11. Changes
If something material changes, we email account holders before it takes effect. The version number and effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
