Thymosin alpha-1 is a 28-amino-acid fragment of prothymosin alpha, produced naturally by the thymus. Its action is T-cell modulation — calibrating the immune response rather than simply amplifying it.

Ships lyophilised — 1 × lyophilised vial. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding it down the side of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, and swirl. Never shake: agitation shears the peptide and you cannot see it happen.

Refrigerate at 2–8°C once mixed, and store unopened vials sealed at -20°C. Stability once reconstituted is measured in weeks, not months — label the vial with the date you opened it.

Each batch is assayed by an independent lab for identity (mass spectrometry), purity (HPLC) and endotoxin load. A purity figure without a named method is a number someone typed; ours always ships with the method beside it.
