Tesamorelin is a stabilised analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. It does not supply growth hormone; it prompts the pituitary's own pulsatile release, which is why the effects cluster around overnight recovery and visceral fat rather than acute performance.

Ships lyophilised — 1 × lyophilised vial. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, adding it down the side of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, and swirl. Never shake: agitation shears the peptide and you cannot see it happen.

Refrigerate at 2–8°C once mixed, and store unopened vials sealed at -20°C. Stability once reconstituted is measured in weeks, not months — label the vial with the date you opened it.
